Tapeswaram Madatha Kaja is an intensely fried pastry soaked in sugar syrup, making it both juicy and crispy with a rich, sweet flavor. This luscious, golden-colored, flaky sweet is prepared using all-purpose flour (maida), oil, and sugar, with the added aroma of cardamom.
